I have been home a month almost now, and I am thrilled to bits with my new boobs !! for years I have had what i would call big boobs and then 3 kids later and everything goes south you know the usual story then I heard about cosmetica so i checked out this web site and my life suddenly changed i had an answer to my dreams and prayers,this kind of surgery in the UK would of cost me £4500 a week in Tunisia with surgery thrown in cost less than half that . My sister in law Tracy accompanied me on the trip and even she was amazed at how professional cosmetica was. Right from being greeted at the airport by Houssem and Sammy who took us straight to the hotel and checked us in, having my op the very next day after the mammogram meeting my surgeon Dr Djamal and all the staff at the alyssa clinic, to M... for the many reassuring e-mails she sent me and to Dreamy who came to see me in the clinic you are all such wonderful kind helpful people who make our dreams come true (well mine anyway).While we were in Tunisia we went sightseeing Twice !!! it was great , The hotel was fabulous it was almost like a cosmetica community, we met some wonderful people there all having or waiting for surgery. the whole experience from start to finish was amazing, 5 star and first class and i would be more than happy to answer any questions, So big thanks to Houssem and the team for making my dreams a reality

i just have to say for starters that if any one has any doubts about having surgery done abroad then dont!!!! Cosmetica is the best thing that has ever happened to me and i am so pleased with my tummy that i cant stop looking at it or touching it to make sure it is mine i absolutley love it!!!! the service that i recieved at the clinic was first class and everyone was so helpful and friendly the surgeon has taken so much pride in my work he even gave me lipo suction ( at no extra cost ) on my hips to get a more perfect end result. A big thankyou goes to M..., houssem the surgeon and his assistans and the wonderful sammy who went out of his way to drive me, ben and my daughter saffron around tuisia. I have only been back a week but i feel fantastic and ive still got 6 weeks before i see the final results of my surgery. There is nothing i can say to fault my stay and the service i recieved it was definaltey 5 star!!!!! The onlt thing is if your having a tummy tuck you are required to wear a corset for 4 weeks after which goes from just under your boobs to your knees so take some long skirts or trousers to cover them as it isnt that pretty!!!! Please feel free to email me and i will show you my before and after photos for reassurance. 1 last thing is, oh yeh i got a lush new belly and a belly button after 14 years.... well worth the money and the wait.... Go for it ladies its amazing!!!!!!!!!

I am delighted with the results of my surgery. My stay in Tunisia was wonderful and I could not have wished for better care both at the clinic or the hotel, where a nurse came every evening. I recovered in record time so was able to see the sights in Catharge.Thank you to you Houssem, your wife Caroline, the Surgeons, Sammy, M... and Salwa who all contributed to my having not just a wonderful experience with cosmetic surgery but a holiday as well!! A perfect door to door service. I was back at work one week later with the stitches taken out a week after that. An exceptional service. THANK YOU

MY DIARY WITH COSMETICATRAVEL!!! It has been 4 weeks since my surgery and i am so thrilled with my results! If anyone is having reservations about Cosmetica please lay them to rest!! you will not find a more hands on and caring organisation! infact the whole team very quickly became my friends. houssem met me and my husband at the Airport with his driver sammy (who is lovely to!!) took us to our 5*hotel and checked us in, we were picked up the following morning by sammy and taken to the clinic where houssem and M... were waiting for us, they took us to my room and helped settle me in. DR and his asst Nourredine came shortly after and made us totally relaxed and explained everything to me and allowed me to ask alot of questions!!! DR is a truly wonderful man who prides himself on qaulity and not quantity! when i woke from the deep sleep and op M... was there to check i was ok and that all went well!! and i had a visit from houssem later that evening. DR and his asst are never too far away and change the dressings themselves and make regular checks on you. i was allowed to continue my recovery at the hotel on day 3. sammy picked us up and drove slowly and avoided the bumps!! houssem brought his wife and colleague to the hotel that eve where we all had dinner together with some of the other party that were there having surgery too. day 5 and its turning into a holiday!! M... called at around 10.00am to see how i was doing, and encouraged us to venture out to SIDI BOU SAID which was 10mins away. im so glad we did it was beautiful i bought some souvenirs and had a lovely mint tea! over the following few days we visited TUNIS, CATHARGE, LA MARSA, all very close to the hotel. on my final checkup at the clinic with DR he said he was very pleased and was sure i would be happy with the final result. (he isnt wrong!!!) he Invited Me and my husband out to dinner that eve! M... and her husband (who is lovely too!!) joined us and DR brought his wife along. we had a really lovely evening. houssem got up at 4.30am to take us to the airport the following morning.... THANKS DR AND TO YOUR TEAM, THANKS TO HOUSSEM AND CAROLINE..M... YOU WORK SOOOOO HARD AND LAUGH JUST AS MUCH!! THANKYOU SAMMY THANKS FOR YOUR KINDNESS. you have all made this experience better than i could ever have imagined!!

What a fantastic experience! I began this journey in the fall, quite nervous about the idea and began emailing M... with question after question--which she patiently answered. When my husband and I arrived in Tunis, M... and Sammy, their driver were waiting at the airport for us. We went to a fantastic 5 star hotel. The night before surgery we were able to meet other clients who either had already had their surgery or were awaiting surgery in the next day or so. My husband was able to stay in the clinic with me for the 2 days I was there and everyone was brilliant. I am thrilled with the results of my surgery and would recommend Cosmetica to anyone! The personal touch cannot be met anywhere else, I'm sure. The director, Houssem and his wife Caroline are "hands-on" and make sure you are getting the best care available. the organization from start to finish was not only very proffesional but also very personal,,, everyone was made to feel special and nothing was to much trouble for houseem sammy and most of all M...,, it was more like a family holiday [ with the minor interuption of surgery] and at all times felt calm comfortable and relaxed, nothing was to much trouble and no questions to trivial for M... and the team,,,,, just planning my next trip for tummy tuck and reast reduction,,, but due to a very busy scheduele got to make it quick or will have to wait till end of the year,,,, but i know i will get instant response from the team should i need it done at a moments notice,,,,,,, thaks to one and all,,,,, ha ha i will return valina

I have just returned only yesterday from having my complete liosuction ,and can only tell you what a wonderfull week it has been.All the staff Morenna, Houseem,and even sammy looked after me every step of the way. i travelled to Tunisia on my own and never felt nervous or scared at all.The operation was great received lip to my Knees,back stomach ,bum legs and even had my muscles in my stomach stitched for a totally flat tummy all in the same price and procedure far more that i expected.the doctors are great and so is the clinic and hotel is fantastic. Agreat expriance totally would recomend every time and a bargain price would not hesitate to return. thanks to everyone

Date of op: 12th Dec 05 Everyone at Cosmetica are very professional, very supportive and I have the best breasts money can buy! The clinic and hotel were very clean and the nurses and drs were on hand 24/7. After the operation the pain was very dim and since my return I have had no problems. I haven't even needed painkillers and was back at work 1 week after my operation. I recommend the services Cosmetica offer - the whole experience was very enjoyable! I travelled on my own and from the moment I landed M... and the team were on hand and dealt with everything! Book your trip ASAP - you couldn't ask for better treatment or nicer breasts!
